Angelo has been a director of the firm since July 1992 having commenced as an employee three years earlier. He previously spent three years with a major international accounting firm. Angelo has assumed responsibility in leading the audit, SMSF and specialised accounting areas of the practice. In addition he is involved in taxation and general accounting work servicing clients such as professionals, not-for-profit organisations, manufacturers and investors.

Harish has been appointed as a director of the firm since July 2010. Harish is an experienced professional who in the past has worked in a number of Chartered Accountancy practices both in Australia and India, with a primary focus on audit and consultancy services. In his present role in our firm, he is responsible for the audit and assurance assignments covering trading and manufacturing companies, foreign controlled entities, associations, trusts and government funded organisations. Using his global experience, he has assisted our international clients in setting up their businesses in Australia and educating their staff on various legal and compliance issues.

Luke has been a director of the firm since July 2017 having commenced as an employee six years earlier. He has clients in the areas of IT and emerging technologies, professional services businesses, property developers, foreign corporations and branches and privately owned businesses in general. In addition he is involved in taxation and general accounting work servicing clients such as investors, professionals, not-for-profit organisations and manufacturers.

For more than 25 years Paul Minieri has been working closely with SME’s, growing businesses, and start-ups across a number of industries both locally and foreign-owned. Paul holds a number of qualifications, including recognition as a Chartered Accountant and Registered Tax Agent. Paul has extensive experience across a range of industries including the commercial sector as well as many foreign subsidiaries & branches of multinational organisations. His expertise includes providing business advisory services to his clients, navigating complex tax restructures, cross-border transactional compliance, and strategic growth planning for his clients.
Consultant
Martin Artenstein retired in 2026, following 32 years with the firm and nearly 50 years in the accounting profession. Martin has played a significant role in the firm’s development over more than three decades, contributing to its growth across three locations — from Prahran, to East Hawthorn, and now to our current Camberwell premises. As a consultant, he will remain available to provide guidance on client matters, drawing on extensive experience, deep historical knowledge of client affairs, and long‑standing understanding of legislative and professional developments. Martin travels extensively to keep up to date with international trends and to consult with clients.
